The treasures
“Some of these objects belonged to my family; over time, they inspired me to search for and acquire other pieces.”
With these words, the founder of the Museo dell’Olivo, the Knight of Labor, Mr. Carlo Carli, describes his invaluable collection.
Oil lamps, lighting vessels, jars, ampoules and oil cruets of every size, craftsmanship and value were gathered over many years of dedicated research across the Mediterranean, becoming the “Treasures” of the Carli Collection.

The art nouveau building and the 1920s stained glass window
The Museo dell’Olivo is housed in an elegant Art Nouveau building constructed in the 1920s, originally serving as the headquarters of Fratelli Carli.
At the entrance, a splendid period stained glass window, created from designs by the artist Silvio Talman, fills the space with light.
