This is where our Pitted Olives with Chili Pepper come into play. 100% Italian, naturally soft and delicious and enriched with cubed red bell pepper and a hint of chili pepper, for a flavorful experience enhanced with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil that preserves, harmonizes and brings out all the flavors.

Stoned olives 53,8%, extra virgin olive oil 41%, red peppers 5%, salt, chili 0,2%, aromatic herbs (thyme, bay leaves, rosemary). Acidity regulator: citric acid. The destoning process is completely automatic, nevertheless pieces of kernels or fragments may be found. Store in a cool place away from light.

Characteristics of the brine: our brine is prepared using an age-old Ligurian recipe, in which three characteristic herbs - thyme, laurel and rosemary - are added to the water and salt.

Our secret


The finest olives, of the Italian leccino cultivar, harvested when perfectly ripe and processed immediately. During the first phase, which lasts 12 months, they are placed in brine, flavored according to the age-old Ligurian recipe, in which thyme, laurel and rosemary are added to the water and salt. The olives are then pitted and preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and lastly, the pieces of bell pepper and the chili pepper are added.
