Do you know what makes our Easter Cake so delicious? We replace the butter with our Olive Oil to create a smooth blend of ingredients, and it takes us three days to prepare each Cake. We use only natural mother yeast that is regenerated every day, and fresh, free-range eggs. The rich filling is made with the tastiest naturally candied orange rind, while the delicious glaze it is covered with is topped with tasty whole almonds from the South of Italy.

How we like it

To make this Cake, we use only natural mother yeast and no other, because this makes it softer and easier to digest, as well as giving the dough a pleasant honey aroma.

Peculiar features and aromas

Our Easter Cake is made from an exclusive recipe using our Olive Oil to entirely replace the butter.



The shape recalls a stylized dove, the traditional symbol of peace. The top of the cake is covered by an almond glaze, enriched with whole almonds and decorated with grains of sugar. Inside, the cake is an inviting yellow color, featuring candied orange rind.



Soft, crisper on the outside due to the glaze. Slightly citrus, vanilla fragrance.



Perfect balance between the sweet and vanilla notes. Enriched with a tasty filling that gives it a citrus aroma, and topped with a glaze embellished with almonds. Our Oil, together with the mother year, ensures the cake is perfectly digestible and melts in the mouth.

Get inspired

To bring out all its goodness and natural fragrance to the full, we suggest keeping it at room temperature for at least 12 hours before serving. Do not heat near the fire or on the radiator to avoid drying the cake out.
