Soffice Panettone with Olive Oil

The reason our Panettone is so delicious is that we replace the butter with our Olive Oil to create a smooth balance of ingredients. We use only fresh free-range eggs and natural mother yeast, to make it soft and easy to digest. We then add candied lemon rind ground so fine it's invisible, yet adds an unrivalled fragrance and flavor.

How we like it

To prepare our Panettone, we use only natural mother yeast. That's what makes it so soft and easily digestible and gives it a pleasant honey aroma.

Delicate, slightly citrus (lemon) and vanilla aroma. FLAVOR Simple and delicate, enhanced with subtle notes of vanilla and lemon; our Olive Oil makes for a perfect balance, blending with the sweater notes of the pastry.

We've chosen to base ours on the original recipe, using the same techniques and ingredients, except for one, and this is our strength: we've completely replaced the butter with our Olive Oil. Delicious every time, with a light, clean, perfectly balanced flavor.
